The contract worth about 134 million zł net signed with a company belonging to the Group Turret Development, is the largest this year by the shareholders in the segment of housing.

The end of the year turned out to be very fruitful Unibep, following agreements signed in November for the construction of housing estates in Pruszkow and Warsaw at ul. Jan Nowak Jeziorański totaling approximately 90 million zł net, the company managed to sign the biggest contract this year to build a residential project. Unibep for building settlements "Słodowiec City" will be paid the amount of 133.777 mln zł net.

The agreement was concluded with a company belonging to a known developer Turret Development acting on the Polish market for over 10 years. Both companies already work together in the implementation of the settlement Green Zoliborz in Warsaw.
